| Summary, etc. | Das Zusammenwirken von Organisationsstrukturen, institutionellen Einflüssen und dem Führungsverständnis von Leitungspersonal ist zentrales Thema der Dissertation, die aus drei Forschungsarbeiten besteht. Den theoretischen Rahmen bildet der organisationssoziologische Neoinstitutionalismus, für die methodische Rahmung werden die Operationalisierung zentraler Theoriebegriffe sowie eine Analyse des Forschungsthemas anhand der Grounded Theory herangezogen. In diesen theoretischen und methodischen Rahmen werden die zentralen Ergebnisse der Forschungsarbeiten eingebettet. Im Diskussionsteil setzt die Autorin die Ergebnisse zueinander in Beziehung, integriert sie in ein bereichsbezogenes Modell zur institutionellen Logik der Führung und zeigt Anknüpfungspunkte für Forschung und Praxis auf. |
